i need help...my band had a slight line-up change and we need to change names. we used to be 100% girls (covering zeppelin, sabbath and deep purple) and now 1 gal left and was replaced with a guy. Thus our old name EVE..which sucks and it won't make sense anymore.
suggestions?

haha maybe no one will notice you have a dude. my old band had a dude in it since the start and do you think that every magazine that covered us would stop calling us a girl band? hells nah!!!

Rawk Harem? Like, if you wanted to pursue the female thing - just nickname Carlos "The Pimp", "Token Male" or somethin. No, forget that - totally forget that.
Maybe one of these 70's-cover-band sounding names: The Jam Pact, Zoso League, Rock Pound, The Pulses, Led Express, The Ravers, Creamed Floyd, The Monzas, The Stone Phonies, Repo Session, Crushing Affect, Rhythm Collective, The Attacks, Modern Love, The Neon Greens, ... And these have no connection to the 70's but...Sonica Lewinski, Duck Butter? Well that was fun...

Wow!! that would be totally too cool.  I've never named a band before. Sonica Lewinski - yea, scandolous sex, politics and public disgrace bringing down the establishment all in one package. The name mocks and shocks. Of course, if you actually get famous, it might be lawsuit material. But hey, you can't get rich and famous these days without a whole lot of scandal anyway. So screw the consequences and settle out of court if it ever happens.  |
